We do offer support to all of our WordPress themes and plugins that we are selling on

Product support will be given during the support period that is mentioned on the type of license which you have purchased for the product.

What’s included with the support?

  • Product support will be given by opening a support ticket.
  • Support tickets will be responded within 24 hours from the time of opening the ticket.
  • Assistance on how to use the product.
  • Answering technical questions about the product.
  • Assistance with any bugs and issues reported.
  • Guidance on using any third-party assets used with the product.

What’s not included with the support?

  • Customization services.
  • Installation services unless specified in the product description.
  • Modified ThemeShopee themes and plugins.
  • Adding extra features to the products.
  • Retired products.
