We at ThemeShopee, strive to offer only the best quality WordPress themes and plugins to our customers. But we understand, sometimes it won’t work exactly for everyone as expected or produce issues at the customer end.

But don’t worry, we always stand behind you to help you sort out the issues. You can always open a support ticket to solve the problem you had with the product.

If you’re still not satisfied with the working of the product, you can go ahead with the refund within the first 30days since the purchase date.

Refund terms

• The money back guarantee only applies to the first 30days from the date of purchase.
• Because we are selling digital products, refund policy can be easily abused. Some refund requests might be denied if we consider the request to be fraudulent.
• We cannot cover any fees applied by the payment gateways at the time of your purchase.
